Accounts Executive

Post and process journal entries in tally to ensure all business transactions are recorded. • Bookkeeping of all accounts.  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheques and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices. • Awareness about Indirect / direct tax/ Statutory Payments and due dates  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings 

 

Basic Qualifications  • Graduation / Post Graduation in accounts  • Tally ERP9 • Skilled at MS Office • Experience 3 - 5 years  • Good Communication Skills
