We are looking for a Technical Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter. Who has a strong proven record in end-to-end technical recruitment. Overall a super-star in a wide spectrum of recruitment activities.
Experience

- 7 Years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
Job Description:
·
Closely working with internal hiring
managers on the open positions.
·
Updating stake holders on Hiring status
for each role shared.
·
Participate and Coordinate with TAG team
internally and the leaders for regular mass recruitment drives.
·
Practice sourcing candidates through
traditional and non traditional methods with in shared turnaround time via
various job portals, business and employment-oriented social networking sites
and other sources such as employee reference, company database, etc.
·
Must be proficient and practice regularly
referencing and advance referencing skills.
·
Source potential candidates on niche
platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
·
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze
applicant’s abilities.
·
Must be good with head hunting
skills.
·
Should be humble, polite and business
oriented.
· Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and follow up until the onboarding.
