Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Evergent is looking for an extraordinary team member to support our pre-sales efforts across the APAC and Middle East regions. Successful candidates will possess a proven track record of supporting high-demand sales teams in their pursuit of high-value strategic accounts. 

Location

Main Responsibilities

  • Account Research: Analyze the Total Addressable Market for the region and identify and research key-stakeholders.

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify and create new qualified sales leads from a list of target accounts to pass onto sales executives.

  • Inbound Lead Management: Organize and schedule appointments for sales executives based on inbound leads (generated through digital marketing campaigns that you will help run).

  • Market Research: Prepare regular market research briefs and collate relevant news articles for sales staff to keep abreast of current news and trends.

  • Industry Event Support: Research and organize trade show participation for regional sales staff (setting up meetings, sending mass emails and measuring response rates/click-through rates etc. to contact lists using tools such as Hubspot). 

  • Sales Support: Assist with the creation of sales materials (RFP responses, proposals, presentations, etc.) that are highly polished and make an impact. 

 

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of pre-sales support within a SaaS environment, preferably with large M&E and/or telecom/MSO clientele

  • Demonstrated experience with outbound lead generation and prospecting through various techniques (cold calling, cold emailing, etc.)

  • Experience with demand generation and driving inbound leads (from all channels: digital and non-digital) from a list of highly targeted accounts.

  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Email Nurture, Video Marketing, Social Media, ABM) and tracking results from digital campaigns

  • Experience working with Marketing in identifying additional SEO terms, campaigns that will help drive and nurture the sales funnel.

  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Maintain a high level of communication with sales leads and internal stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and build confidence

  • Energetic, organized and self-driven with a "can-do" attitude. If you are a hands-on person that likes to pull up their sleeves and believe that participation is the path to success, then we want to talk to you.

  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills with attention to details like visual presentation, esthetics, spelling and grammar. 

  • Proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced global company. This is not a 9 to 5 job and to be a truly great Sales Coordinator, you will need to be flexible with your working hours and relish working under pressure. 

  • Ability to work with counterparts across the globe for product knowledge, customer case study knowledge and general team collaboration.

  • Customer-first while focusing on constant value creation.

  • Highly professional with G Suite (docs, sheets, slides), PowerPoint and Excel

  • Team player and highly dedicated to getting the job done and making the team successful.

  • Formal sales/marketing training is considered an asset

  • BSc/BA in business administration or related field

  • A passion to learn technical concepts and translate them into customer-value.
