Manager - Finance and Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities:· Must be well-versed in all aspects of Accounting & Financial management ranging from Accounting entries, GST, Income Tax, Filing Returns, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit and Banking operations.
· Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
· Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger
· Performing risk management by analysing the organizations liabilities and investments.
· Ensuring 100% statutory compliance across the company.
· Prepare reliable financial reports for analysis and review.
· Ensure compliance with the law and company's policiesRequired Candidate profile· Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
· Ability to strategize and solve problems
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Team Management skills
· Excellent communication and people skills
· CA or CFA will be a distinct advantage
· Domain skills & experience:
- Quickbooks & Tally ERP 9
- GST, TDS, IT filing & reporting
