Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager
A leading venture capitalist (VC) in Silicon Valley commented that “Evergent is a diamond in the rough”. Globally Evergent is working with 5 of the top 10 carriers (AT&T, Etisalat, SingTel, Telkomsel, and AirTel) and 4 of the top 10 media companies (HBO, FOX, SONY and BBC). This role will be based in Hyderabad, India.
Responsible for generating awareness and demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and
tactics including, but not limited to, account-based programs, webinars, content creation,
tradeshows messaging/positioning, Evergent hosted conferences, digital and targeted customer
events. This person will be an individual contributor and work closely with Evergent’s cross
functional teams including sales, product, engineering and marketing colleagues to ensure
marketing aligns and delivers overall net-new pipeline and pipeline progression to build strong
business growth. The person will need to have experience in both strategic, tactical, and
integrated marketing as many of our campaigns are integral to furthering business strategy.\
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the marketing and demand generation efforts for Evergent’s product portfolio
globally.
Promote and drive Evergent’s vision and strategy in growth regions
Build a marketing plan to drive demand generation campaigns directly and via the
technology partner eco-system
Build an account-based marketing (ABM) plan to target new prospects
Organize and execute marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, webinars,
banner advertising, and content syndication
Monitor lead follow up and conversions to opportunities to build a solid pipeline for the
global sales team
Skill Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in Field or Campaign marketing (video experience is a plus)
Experience with complex B2B enterprise sales cycles and demonstrating marketing’s
impact on the business thru business models, dashboards and data
Strong understanding on how to leverage and plan lead generation programs
Strong written communication skills in order to articulate differentiation, messaging and
positioning
Proven experience using Salesforce and Marketing Automation systems
Budget Planning and Management Skills
Experience in building integrated campaign leveraging the full marketing mix
Self-starter who can be independent and the ability to execute flawlessly
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing discipline preferred
