We are looking for 3-6 years of Application/Technical
Support Analyst who specialized in development, QA and understand business
process. This position is responsible for coordinating the E2E SDLC life cycle
of all projects. He/she will coordinate with teams and resolve all complex
application and system issues and provide required RCAs.
Roles and Responsibilities
•
Design and maintain expertise in flow of
application process and systems related to projects.
•
Administer and resolve applications issues,
provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
•
Develop, sustain and evaluate delegated business
processes and related applications.
•
Supervise all alerts related to application and
system procedures and provide services proactively.
•
Maintain good professional relationships with
counterparts of engineering and customer support departments.
•
Organize and implement projects ranging from
small to medium size and provide assistance to all processes under guidance of
team Senior Engineers.
•
Perform root cause assessment and debug all
issues on server domain, and availability of applications. • Coordinate with
departments and QA departments and administer code migrations in various
environments and production outputs.
•
Provide support and identify all issues and
prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions.
•
Manage all production system and recommend ways
to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports
for all problems.
•
Identify and provide resolutions ranging in
complexity from medium to high. Design and maintain expertise in flow of
application process and systems related to company.
•
Responsible for executing, monitoring of all
kind of batch jobs
•
Good knowledge on DevOps tools and processes.
•
Good understanding of Java web objects with good
SQL and Oracle skills
•
Possess good communication and client facing
skills.
•
Quick learner with good, uncomplaining attitude.
•
Self-driven person with an ability to build
relations and work with cross cultural teams.
•
Flexibility to adapt to different areas of working
and must not be too finicky about area of work.
•
Ensuring that the code follows the industry
standard specification
•
Able to perform unit test and prepare a test
report
•
Coordinating and working with QA during SIT
phase • Ensuring code scalability and performance.
•
Flexible to work in all shifts in round robin
schedule.
Preferred Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
& understanding of SDLC

Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL
Server, IIS and networking
•
Ability to work both independently and as part
