Driven self-starter and
natural leader, passionate about driving hyper-growth of a technology brand via
innovative marketing strategies. Responsible for over-seeing and generating
demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics including, but not
limited to, account-based programs, webinars, content creation, tradeshows
messaging/positioning, Evergent hosted conferences, digital and targeted
customer events. Daily responsibility encompasses working with the existing
marketing team to drive daily marketing performance across all tactics. The
successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader that is highly
strategic, and able to operate up and down the group - shifting gears to
support the tactical, hands-on needs of a growing organization while providing
the overall strategic vision to hit KPIs. This is a critical leadership role
requiring a driven individual who can identify big performance opportunities
and oversee the execution across all prospect touchpoints.
Responsibilities:

Own the master calendar for all
growth marketing initiatives
·
Report out on performance of each
channel on a weekly basis
·
Drive cross functional marketing initiatives
to bring performance initiatives to life
·
Diversify media channels by
onboarding and testing new channels
·
Set key strategic growth performance
priorities to drive business forward
·
Own daily performance of marketing tactics
including owned and paid channels
·
Manage agencies to ensure flawless
execution of marketing tactics
Qualifications:
·
7 - 10 years of marketing experience
·
B2B experience with strong written
and oral communications a must
·
Experience in multiple media
channels and tactics to support an omnichannel business
·
Proven leader driving results
(revenue goals and budget goals)
·
Strong track record of driving
growth through innovative marketing strategies
·
Proficient in excel, reporting and
analytics
·
Strong organization, process
creation and communication skills
·
Ability to manage multiple
priorities at once
·
Able to receive and communicate
feedback directly
·
Ownership mentality
·
Experience in building integrated
campaign leveraging the full marketing mix
·
Self-starter who can be independent
and the ability to execute flawlessly
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration or Marketing discipline preferred
