The Solution Architect translates requirements
created by functional analysts into the architecture for that solution and
describing it through architecture and design artifacts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
●
Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science or related field plus 10 years of related experience.
●
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
●
Predominantly have handled
Presales.
●
Demonstrated experience working in
telecommunications and/or media domain and delivering solutions to a
telecommunications and/or media company;
●
Demonstrated proficiency in
Solution Architecture and Integration, Requirement Analysis and System Design,
and Business process reengineering;
●
Knowledge of major industry
standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, and ITIL etc.;
●
Knowledge of customer journey’s,
fulfillment and billing for several lines of businesses within
telecommunication, media and cable MSO space.
●
Knowledge of business process and
technical capabilities for consumer, commercial (B2B) and B2B2C areas
●
Demonstrated software development
experience in at least 3 areas from following:
○
eCommerce
○
Billing,
○
CRM,
○
CPQ,
○
Product catalog,
○
Service Orchestration,
○
Provisioning/Activation,
○
Rating and Charging
●
Proven ability to work as part of
a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex
environments;
●
Demonstrated ability to maintain a
business-like presence and interact professionally with customers at all
organization levels;
●
Demonstrated well-developed
knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications and media and
entertainment marketplace;
●
Proven test management skills,
including involving multiple projects and priorities;
●
Demonstrated experience with Test
Methodologies and Processes; and
●
Proven Vendor management and
Delivery experience.
