Job Overview
As a Marketing Visualizer, you will be responsible for the overall process of defining requirements, designing, and converting business requirements into graphical elements of various forms. Your graphics should capture the eye of the target customer segments of Evergent and should communicate the key messages effectively. Your goal is to create visualizations that inspire, attract and engage the audience, be it internal or external.
Responsibilities
Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to the conceptualization and design of campaigns for digital marketing and social media channels
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as demand generation managers, content strategists, and social media professionals to deliver outcome-oriented visual elements
Work on the development of brand and information assets like flyers, brochures, videos, presentation decks, and other client-facing communications designs
Custodian of visual and aesthetic elements of the marketing assets, ensuring all assets are brand compliant and sign off for formal release
Analyze campaign performance, draw insights and actively test creatives to boost performance
Set up new design and work processes where required
Continue to explore new design methods and technologies and incorporate them into the process
Job Requirements
Ability to convert business and design requirements into powerful visual storylines
A deep understanding of design philosophy, typography, compositions, layouts and color psychology
Strong hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
Experience in creating motion graphics will be preferred
Strong communication skills is paramount
Prior experience in an IT product organization is mandatory
Attention to detail and proactive to collect critical feedback on the design
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
