Identify process scope for re-design/improvement.
To manage, maintain, design, streamline existing business processes and provide support to change management.
To prepare, review & assess business processes for each project and its impact to BSS and BAU operations.
Coordinate and liaise with all business & operations stakeholders for input, reviews & sign-off.
The process will aim to reduce project costs by improving efficiency, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources by identifying end-to-end business processes.
All business process impacts are identified, mapped & aligned with all stakeholders as per the projects & final deliverables are accepted/passed by the stakeholders.
