Roles and Responsibilities:  

  • Build trust and focus on 100% customer satisfaction for large, complex Evergent engagements

  • Independently responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of one or more medium complexity project(s) and/or Agile teams. Day-to-day interaction with customers and provide accountability for tracking scope, schedule, budget, risks, deployments, and communications for projects, initiatives, and smaller programs.

  • Effectively communicates and addresses obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives.

  • Effective communication is showcased in reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more.

  • Builds effective Partner/Customer relationships through effective communication and facilitation.

  • As Scrum coach, coaches multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and works cross-functionally throughout the company to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to understand architectural and technical aspects 

  • Role Model program/project artifacts

  • Lead role for PM relevant improvement initiatives

  • Technical Solution skills to work with Architects, Technical resources for helping discuss and formulate solutions

  • Responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the program.

  • Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept.

  • Scheduling and leading project meetings.

  • Works with technical teams understands technical issues to convey and discuss with the client and internal teams (as necessary), and helps in the resolution

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences, including facilitating technical design discussions.

  • Commercially aware with a proven ability to recognize opportunities for account growth.
