We are looking for a Python backend developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. 

• Writing effective, scalable code 

• Design and develop solutions using Machine Learning (ML) Techniques.

• Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

• Integrating user-facing elements into applications 

• Understanding of multithreading and queues 

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code 

• Working in a team environment using Git and GitLab 

• Working with RESTful APIs 

• Write effective, scalable code 

• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance 

• Integrate user-facing elements into applications 

• Test and debug programs 

• Assess and prioritize feature requests 

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions 

• Proficiency in Python programming, related deep learning algorithms, and survival analysis, including Python, Pandas, Keras, Numpy, LLMs, and more.

• Extensive expertise in NLP techniques and models, spanning word embeddings, neural networks, and transformer-based architectures.

• Outstanding aptitude for problem-solving, coupled with a proven track record in conducting research, orchestrating experiments, and presenting findings effectively.

• Adeptness at seamless teamwork and collaboration demonstrated through the ability to harmoniously engage with cross-functional teams from varying backgrounds and skill sets.

Experience: 

• 5+ years of Python development

• 3+ years of Python development development with ML.

Qualification: • B. Tech/B.E/MCA/MSc.
