Job Title: Junior Business Analyst – BI/DW

Department: Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing

Provide comprehensive documentation for all dashboard analytics, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and maintenance.

Apply domain understanding of the OTT/Telecom/PayTV including other domains as per the emerging business needs, contributing to more targeted and relevant BI solutions.

Use basic SQL commands for data querying, extraction, and analysis. Assist in database management tasks as required.

Quickly and accurately document any of the given BI/DW tasks, including the development of new reports, migration documentation etc ensuring that all business requirements are meticulously captured and articulated.

Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all monthly reports.

Smooth co-ordination and at the same time dynamic candidate to effectively communicate with different verticals of the organization as required.

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly advantageous.

Provide the required assistance to the Lead Senior BI Analyst/Lead BI Developers on a  daily basis as per the given Task Instructions.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) with a specialization in Computer Science or related field.

A minimum of 3-4 years of genuine work experience as a Business Analyst within reputable IT organizations.
