Job Summary: Evergent, a leading provider of cloud-based subscriber
management and billing solutions, is seeking a Technical Delivery Director for
its India location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in client
interactions, Program management technical delivery management, risk
management, issue resolution, escalation management, roadmap planning, change
request management, and a strong background in delivery.
Responsibilities:

Manage technical projects from
conception to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality results.
· Coordinate with clients to comprehend their technical needs and oversee the delivery of solutions that meet those needs.
· Ensure that a team of software engineers has the necessary tools, resources, and support to be successful.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a contact point for technical questions and concerns.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying and resolving problems that may arise throughout the project's duration.
· Continuously monitor the project's progress, tracking milestones and providing stakeholders with regular updates.
· Develop a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to come up with inventive solutions to complex technical problems.
· Manage issue resolution and escalation management process.
· Implement and enforce best practices for project management, including Agile methodologies and project management software such as JIRA.
Should be flexible to work in EST time zone
Requirements:
·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 15 years of experience in Delivery and Engagement management, with at least 8 years of experience in a program / Delivery management role. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and
within budget.
· Strong experience in client interactions and building client relationships.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.
· Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
