General Operations Manager (Ref:101)

Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals and set KPIs to track performance.

•           Track operational performance using KPIs and implement improvements.

•           Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including overseeing recruitment and professional development.

•           Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

•           Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.

•           Report on performance and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

•           Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and meet company standards.

•           Monitor productivity, quality, and customer service standards across all departments.

•           Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial health.

•           Oversee cost control, revenue generation, and expense management.

•           Ensure compliance with financial policies and company goals.

•           Analyze workflow processes in key functional departments of sales and marketing, product development, accounting and finance and recommend business tools and platforms to reduce

costs and increase efficiency through automated workflows across key departments.

•           Manage vendor relationship and contracts for business automation solutions for sales and marketing, accounting, finance and HR to ensure the availability of solutions and services for

internal teams

•           Optimize the use of company resources including technology and applications software for maximum efficiency.

•           Manage subscription levels and usage of internal business tools and platforms such as SFDC, Hubspot, QuickBooks and New Relics.

•           Analyze feature usage for internal tools and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements based on needs and business goals.

•           Ensure compliance with regulatory, data security and legal standards for all internal business tools and platforms

Skills used: Intuit Quickbooks, Concur, ATS, Power BI, Trello, Bamboo HR, LMS Systems, ADP, Tableau.

 

Minimum Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field.

 

Minimum Experience: Two years.

 

Employer will accept no education and four (4) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and two (2) years of experience. Must have two (2) years of experience in Intuit Quickbooks, Concur, ATS, Power BI, Trello, Bamboo HR, LMS Systems, ADP, Tableau.

Salary Range: $240,000-$250,000/year
