Product Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst who can turn business ideas into clear, actionable
product requirements. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts,
Engineering, and QA teams to ensure we deliver the right features the right way. This role
blends analytical thinking, domain understanding, and hands-on documentation skills to
support both product initiatives and client-specific solutions.
What You’ll Do
Analyse product, customer and business requirements and define how features
should interact with internal modules and external systems.
Work independently on mid-sized product features or contribute to larger product
programs.
Document user stories, workflows, and system behaviours in JIRA and Confluence
with complete acceptance criteria.
Define and manage product interface requirements and integration requirements with
third-party systems.
Break down business goals into detailed technical specifications, user flows, and
wireframes when needed.
Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, align on timelines, and
ensure smooth delivery.
Estimate work effort, set delivery timelines, and track progress across product
sprints.
Raise and manage risks or blockers with clear communication to product leadership.
Support demos, UAT cycles, and internal trainings by providing documentation and
user walkthroughs.
Help build consensus on product decisions across business, technical, and design
teams.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a product-based
or SaaS company.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, use case definition and analysis and functional
documentation.
Ability to write clear elaborated user stories with technical and business clarity with
acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Word, MS Excel, and
Lucidchart.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for working across teams and
presenting ideas and documenting the features.
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Understanding of domains like OTT, PayTV, Telecom, or Subscription Billing.
Experience working with integration-heavy platforms.
Exposure to UML diagrams, process modelling, and workflow visualization tools.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Analyst in a product-based or SaaS company.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
