Job Overview:
Ready to shape the future of digital entertainment? As the VP of Sales for the APAC/ EMEA region,
you’ll lead Evergent'sstrategic salesinitiatives, driving growth, developing client relationships, and
expanding the company's footprint across APAC, EMEA and MENA. You'll build and mentor ahigh-
performing sales team while working directly with industry giants to solve their most pressing digital
transformation challenges. This role demands a seasoned leader with proven expertise in SaaS, Telco,
Media, and Enterprise sales. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets, fostering a
high-performance sales culture, and positioning Evergent as the leading provider of Customer Lifecycle
Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
● Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC, EMEA and MENA
region, advancing Evergent’s global goals and vision.
● Shape sales strategies through deep analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscapes.
● Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company
objectives.
Revenue Growth:
● Own and achieve regionalrevenue, profitability, and marketshare targets.
● Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executivesto secure large, transformative deals.
Team Management:
● Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and
excellence.
● Set clear objectives(KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to team
members.
● Ensure effective utilization of tools, processes, and training to maximize sales productivity.
Customer Engagement:
● Represent Evergent at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers acrosstarget
organizations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure customersatisfaction and successful delivery
of solutions.
Operational Excellence:
● Drive sales processes using the Sandlersales methodology for consistent results.
● Implement and maintain a disciplined sales process using tools such as Salesforce (SFDC).
● Provide regular forecasts,salesreports, and insightsto the executive team.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high ethical standards in all business
dealings.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong track record in
SaaS, Telco OSS/BSS, or Media Enterprise sales.
● Market Expertise: Extensive industry relationships and market knowledge across APAC, EMEA
and MENA.
● Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex B2B sales cycles and close
high-value deals.
● Leadership Skills: Experience building high-performing salesteams and fostering collaborative,
results-driven cultures.
● Communication: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonalskillsto manage
complex customer organizations.
● Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
● Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Sandler or other advanced sales methodologies.
● Travel: Willingnessto travel extensively to meet clients and drive regional growth.
