Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can also own the operational backbone

that connects Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams. This is a role for someone equally

comfortable driving cross-team engineering delivery and building the repeatable processes that

make releases land cleanly with Sales, CS, and Support. You'll be the person who ensures

things ship on time and that the business is ready when they do.

This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and systems-thinking —

able to unblock an engineering dependency in the morning and structure a customer feedback

intake process in the afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Execution

● Drive cross-team initiatives from kickoff to delivery, owning scope, timeline, and risk

tracking.

● Identify and resolve technical dependencies across engineering teams

● Facilitate or oversee sprint ceremonies, release trains, and code-freeze/deployment

sequencing, particularly in the absence of a dedicated Scrum Master.

● Surface risks early, escalate blockers, and drive them to resolution — acting as the

primary "unblocker" for engineering execution.

● Translate the product roadmap into engineering milestones and track progress against

them.

Process, Tooling & Cross-Functional Alignment

● Own and maintain project tracking tools and delivery processes specific to engineering

execution.

● Bring enough technical fluency to mediate architecture and scope tradeoffs between

teams without necessarily writing code.

● Keep Engineering, Product, and leadership aligned through clear status reporting and

steering syncs.

● Design repeatable processes for product launches, feature releases, and cross-team

handoffs

Go-to-Market & Feedback Operations

● Coordinate go-to-market readiness for releases: release notes, internal enablement,

documentation, and cross-team timing.

● Centralize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and end users into a

structured intake process that feeds prioritization.

● Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Marketing

to reduce friction and miscommunication across the release lifecycle.

Requirements

● 5–7 years of experience in a TPM, Program Management, or Product Operations role

within a SaaS or enterprise software company.

● Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple engineering

teams and external stakeholders.

● Strong working knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such

as Jira, Linear, or Asana.

● Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and business

stakeholders (Sales, CS, executive leadership).

● Comfortable holding both a delivery mindset (day-to-day execution) and a systems

mindset (building durable, repeatable processes).

● Experience designing or improving customer feedback loops and release management

processes is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

● Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS serving industries with complex customer

environments (e.g., media, telecom, entertainment).

● Familiarity with prioritization frameworks

What Success Looks Like

● Releases ship predictably, with dependencies and risks surfaced well ahead of

deadlines.

● Sales, CS, and Support are enabled and ready before a feature reaches customers —

not scrambling after the fact.

● A structured, trusted feedback loop exists between customer-facing teams and the

product roadmap.

● Cross-functional teams see this role as the go-to point of coordination, not a bottleneck.
