Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Analyse customer requirements and defining the product interface endpoints with various surrounding/external interfaces 

• Able to work independently on defining solution for a mid-size, complex projects or contribute to solution of a program 

• Have excellent communication and presentation skills –both verbal and writing 

• Should be an independent worker/self-starter 

• Be able to estimate duration of assignments and provide target dates for completion 

• Be able to relay/escalate issues/risks to management 

• Possess the ability to engage in design and implementation decisions and help build consensus with the business and development teams 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

B.Tech, M.Tech, or any Bachelor degree 

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Customer care and billing domain (optional) 

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience with Functional Use Cases is desirable 

• Strong analytical skills, good exposure in requirement gathering, and Requirement Specifications 

• Experience in Business Requirement GAP analysis and Functional Use Cases to support new system development or significant enhancements to existing systems 

• Requirements Elicitation and Planning 

• Should have depth and breadth of technical/functional/domain know-how 

• Experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) Diagrams and Flow Chart Diagrams using Rational Rose and MS Visio/Lucid chart 

• Should be quality-orientated and an eye for detail 

• Ability to cooperate in multicultural environment 

• Superb attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required 

• Skilled in MS Project, MS Excel & MS Word
