Job Description :

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Experience in deployment and configuration of the Windows 10 operating system.
  • Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
  • Outlook configuration /Gsuite/ O365 configuration.
  • Good experience in configuring & troubleshooting of MS Office 2007/10/13/16.
  • Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
Criteria:
  • Candidate must be gratuate (BCA/B.tech/MCA).
  • Should be Fresher or 1 year of experience performing system admin tasks in IT/ITES companies.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should be well organized to troubleshoot issues based on priorities.
  • Should be able to work in a 24*7 Environment.
