Sales Operations
Sales Operations manages sales functions essential to Evergent’s partnerships and sales
efficiency.
This includes sales forecasting, SFDC maintenance, timely & accurate client invoicing, reporting, partner
contract management and sales process optimization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Own the overall sales process
*Lead weekly sales pipeline meetings
*Ensure sales opportunities are qualified
*Hand off client invoicing with quoted sales contracts
* Maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency with Sales Processes
* Enter data and track all client activity in SFDC
* Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
* Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality
* Prioritize opportunities for improvement
* Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential for
managements’ consumption on a regular basis. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in
the development of new reporting tools as needed. Works closely with client-side procurement, finance
& sales management to optimize the effectiveness of accurate invoicing.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive
compensation programs.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Builds peer support and
strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achievement of sales, topline revenue goals, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported.
Responsible for the accuracy of SFDC data, support finance on invoicing and Change requests, and
training resources impacting the sales organization.
Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
Two years sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business SaaS environment.
Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
SFDC experience is required.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires minimal travel.
