We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional user experiences across our products and services.


Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the design process from concept to completion, including creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of user experience and visual design elements.

  3. Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

  4. Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.

  5. Utilizing tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design software to create high-quality visual designs and interactive prototypes.

  6. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and sharing knowledge with the team.


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. A bachelor's degree. A specialization or a Certification in Design would be a plus

  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on interaction design, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and visual design.

  3. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and design solutions across various platforms.

  4. Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, and InVision.

  5. Experience with user research methodologies and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

  7. Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  8. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.


Good to have:

  1. Experience in B2B Enterprise Application Design

  2. Experience with AR, VR, MR

  3. Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
