As a Web Developer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our company. We're looking for someone with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into captivating digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:Website Engineering and Maintenance:
  • Engineer all visual design stages to digital pages
  • Execute original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
  • Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and design assets for web pages.
User Experience (UX) Design:
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Optimize web pages for maximum usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
Brand Consistency:
  • Uphold Evergent's design standards and guidelines throughout all digital properties.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of current web development languages (HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Strong command of Bootstrap 4.0
  • Experience in developing highly responsive and scalable websites
  • Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues
  • Experience in web development and UI/UX Development in WordPress (PSD to WordPress conversion)
  • Core PHP
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing 

  • web design and UX/UI projects.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Design tools ex: Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries like ReactJS, Angular, etc.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
